  After all, considering the price-performance ratio, the decent price for half meal as well as the kids policy (no pay for kids below 6) keep it at 3 stars.

  Hotel itself is a bit old. Food is good, however all the extra charges (room Wi-Fi is a whopping 30 euro per week per device, 15 euro deposit for pool towels etc.) seriously damage the experience. The lift is a disaster... 1 lift for 5 storeys and probably 150 - 200 rooms just doesn't work. In addition the lift is that old and damaged that every ride is an adventure. The water in the pool is freezing... I've had cold tubs after sauna that had higher temperatures.

  Beautiful spacious rooms with a large balcony with amazing views. Food is excellent with large choices throughout the day. Entertainment at night was brilliant for all ages

  Hotel is a bit far out but free shuttle to centre. They provided option to change our rooms (2× twin rooms to 2 bedroom, room) which was accepted as they originally gave us rooms on the ground floor. We had a half board, which does not include drinks for dinner meal. If you want lunch instead you can just ask the meal to be lunch rather than dinner. It was still cheaper for us to just get the drinks for the evening meal.. lunch in the centre was great and cheaper anyway (in comparison with all inclusive). Breakfast meal was the best meal, can vary with choices which is good.

  Wonderful views. Very well maintained grounds. Spacious rooms. Very happy with the restaurant and lots of choices. Found bed rather firm, but had a very happy Xmas week there.
